The breakfast was good with a good variety of Asian foods to choose from. the shuttle service from the airport was quick and easy. the room was clean and had a nice fruit basket.
There was nowhere nearby for small shopping, especially arriving late. the food options were poor for late arrivals, and the cost of ordering from the menu was high.

We had a great stay at this hotel near the airport. Best aspects were the super close location and the convenience to the airport. We suggest taking a taxi as the walk can be difficult. the breakfast was great and staff was helpful.

Convenient Location and Amenities
The hotel was in a great location, just a short drive from the airport and close to local attractions. The gym and pool were well-appointed and enjoyable to use. the breakfast had a good variety.
Our stay was not enjoyable due to the poor customer service we received. The staff had difficulty understanding and accommodating our requests.

Finding cigarette buds in the shower and a lack of training for staff in dealing with guest issues can be a concern.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a special request during our reservation and they took note of it and fulfilled it without any issues. The room service was prompt and the food was prepared to our liking. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as we had an early flight, and the shuttle bus provided ensured we made it to the airport on time. we had a pleasant experience at Pullman Qingdao Ziyue and would recommend it to others.

From the moment we arrived, the service we received was exceptional. the room was beautifully designed and had exclusive amenities that fulfilled every need we had, making us feel pampered and relaxed. There was a fantastic restaurant on site that served delicious food and had a welcoming atmosphere.
Although the hotel had some location advantages, such as a riverside walk nearby, it was quite far from the city center, making it difficult to get around.
